Callahan is a town that is growing, but has retained its small-town feel. The town is located about 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, and about 18 miles from the Georgia state line. The town is intersected by Florida A1A on the east, Florida 301 on the west, and U.S. 1 on the north and south ends of town – hence is our town motto, Crossroads to the Future. These intersections bring in hundreds of motorists daily to our town.
