The Office of Public Safety - Missouri Baptist University (Mobap) Due to construction on MBU’s campus, access to the main parking lot, Parking Lot B, is only accessible from the Conway Rd. The Office of Public Safety at MBU provides assistance, protective, and safety services to the campus community. The officers of the department are licensed and have arrest authority through the St. Public Safety works with Creve Coeur Department on investigations of crimes on campus.
