The Response to Bombing Incidents, Mobile (RBI) course trains emergency personnel of all disciplines to respond to the growing number of bombing incidents across the United States. This course guides participants through bombing response challenges, bombing threat response considerations, including evaluating threats when making evacuation vs. shelter-in-place decisions, and response priorities following the immediate aftermath of a bombing.
