The goal of this module is to improve participants’ familiarity with the flood provisions of the 2018 International Codes (I-Codes) and referenced American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) standards, focusing on the International Residential Code, (IRC), International Building Code (IBC), and ASCE 24-14, Flood Resistant Design and Construction. Additionally, the module informs participants about how the codes and standards requirements relate to the NFIP requirements for buildings in Special Fl
