This course provides state, local, and tribal staff with an overview of FEMA’s Public Assistance (PA) Program, process, and policies. Course topics include introduction to program laws, regulations, and policies; PA process; grants management; eligibility; hazard mitigation in the PA Program; compliance with other Federal laws and regulations; and project formulation. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on final knowledge assessments or demonstrate mastery on performance asse
