This course is designed to strengthen students’ understanding of the federal requirements when purchasing under a FEMA award in order to improve grant outcomes for FEMA award recipients and subrecipients. It includes lectures, discussion, small group activities, and individual practice activities. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on final knowledge assessments or demonstrate mastery on performance assessments or research assignments to earn the IACET CEU.
