The course provides an overview of Public Assistance project eligibility. By the end of the course, State, Local, Indian Tribal, and Territorial Applicants and Recipients will be able to describe all aspects of scope change requests, time extensions, and Improved and Alternate Project requests. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on final knowledge assessments or demonstrate mastery on performance assessments or research assignments to earn the IACET CEU.
