This course equips FEMA grant recipients and subrecipients with the knowledge required to navigate federal procurement standards during periods of emergency or exigency (E&E), as outlined in 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317-327. The course covers sole-sourcing under E&E, additional requirements for local governments and nonprofits, the use of pre-existing contracts, documentation and justification standards, contract provisions, and fraud prevention. Through practical examples and scenario-based lear
