This course provides participants an introduction to methods and theories used to develop and evaluate a training program effectively using the ADDIE Model. Key topics include conducting a Performance and Needs Analysis, accessibility, designing and developing courses, and evaluating a training program. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on the final knowledge assessment and complete all assignments to earn the IACET CEU.
