MGT-383-T: Emergency Operations Plans for Tribal Nations is an eight-hour management and planning level, instructor-led course designed to provide Tribal emergency managers and Tribal first responders with the knowledge and skills to develop an emergency operations plan (EOP) for their respective communities. The course provides practical knowledge about the planning process, different types of EOP formats, and the components of each. Participants engage in scenarios designed to reinforce lesson
