Under simulated field conditions, a Participant training as a Secondary Screener, or a National Incident Management System (NIMS) Type 1 PRND Screener, will use an agency- or CTOS-supplied Radio-Isotope Identification Device (RIID) to detect, verify, locate, measure, identify, and assess unknown radiological sources for the purpose of adjudicating the alarms.
