Course Objectives and Agenda (CLICK HERE) Please be aware that this class is a 20-hour training. Therefore, the first two days of training will be 8am-5pm local time. The last day will be 8am-12pm local time. Upon successful completion of this course, attendees will have gained the knowledge of: Best Practices Miranda, case law, and documenting interviews. Profile of a Successful Interviewer Basic skills needed for an interview and interrogation. Posture, eye contact, tone of voice, and building rapport. Interview Preparation Room setting, case preparation, and background investigation. The
