COURSE DESCRIPTION AND AGENDA (CLICK HERE) Please be aware that this class is a 16-hour training. Therefore, the training will be 8am-5pm local time each day. This course is designed to teach police officers how to use search warrants as an effective tool in criminal investigations. Officers will learn how to articulate elements sufficient to establish probable cause, withstand suppression issues and decreasing potential for civil liability.
