CLASS DESCRIPTION AND AGENDA (CLICK HERE) This is a 2.5 day (20 hour) class; therefore, the first two days of class will begin at 8:00am and end at 4:30pm. The last day of class will begin at 8:00am and end at Noon. This class is designed for the line supervisors and administrators assigned the responsibility of overseeing a field training unit. One of the key elements of success in a field training program is program management. Often programs will train the FTO but fail to prepare the supervisor for the variety of tasks required to properly coordinate, administrate, and lead the field
