We reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Service at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, either in-person or virtually, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in McAllen, Texas and shall be conducted in the English language. American Police Training reserves the authority to deny virtual arbitration or specify the virtual platform used, as well as the day and time of the arbitration proceedings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be instituted in the federal or state courts located in the County of Hidalgo, Texas, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding. Alternatively, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to take place in McAllen, Texas.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and AmericanPoliceTraining.com with respect to your use of the Service. American Police Training may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Service.
