This course will introduce the participant to the book, “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by providing an overview of the first three key laws: The Law of the Lid, The Law of Influence and the Law of Process. These foundational laws underscore the importance of personal growth and influence and help assist the participant in shaping their leadership point of view. We will discuss the importance of leadership development, tapping into potential, and how to increase influence with others.
