Elevate Response and Save Lives: Multi-Agency Training for Active Attack Scenarios
The ALERRT AAIR (Active Attack Integrated Response) Training course is a comprehensive program designed to enhance collaboration and coordination between law enforcement, fire, EMS, and dispatch personnel during active attack incidents. This dynamic course emphasizes a unified approach to response, enabling agencies to work together more effectively and maximize survivability.

Course Focus:
- Integrated Response Model: Develop a clear understanding of the Rescue Task Force concept and how multi-disciplinary teams function in active attack environments.
- Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC): Learn essential hemorrhage control, patient assessment, and rapid evacuation techniques based on TECC guidelines to provide immediate medical aid at the point of injury.
- Force-on-Force Scenarios: Participate in high-stress simulations that emphasize integrated response, communication under pressure, and critical decision-making in rapidly evolving situations.
- Communication and Coordination: Improve interagency communication strategies for seamless information sharing, effective command and control, and unified incident management.
- Post-Incident Priorities: Address scene management, casualty care procedures, and the transition from crisis response to investigation.

Required Equipment: Good attitude, open mind, pen and paper, duty gear, clothing conducive for crawling around on the ground (Class D), water and or hydration system, body armor, long gun, and inclement weather gear (majority of course is outside regardless of weather conditions)
