The specialized 4-hour ALERRT First Responder Breaching course, held at the Texas DPS office in Laredo, is designed for first responders looking to enhance their breaching abilities using hand tools. This exclusive version of our renowned breaching course focuses solely on manual techniques, utilizing tools like the Halligan bar and sledgehammer.
Participants will gain knowledge and experience in breaking into structures during high-pressure emergency situations. The curriculum gradually progresses from basic to advanced techniques, covering topics such as proper tool handling, door anatomy, and the most efficient methods for fast and safe breaching.
Through hands-on exercises, participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills in simulated environments that mirror real-world scenarios. Our experienced instructors will offer personalized feedback and guidance to ensure mastery of these crucial skills.
This condensed but intensive course is ideal for law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and any first responder who may encounter obstacles during emergency operations.
