The NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) Refresher Course (TCOLE #2178) is an essential training for law enforcement officers who have previously completed the initial SFST course. This program is structured to reinforce and update the knowledge and skills necessary for the accurate administration and interpretation of field sobriety tests. Participants will revisit fundamental principles, gain insights into recent advancements in field sobriety testing techniques, and engage in practical exercises to ensure proficiency.

This course aims to enhance officers' ability to identify impaired drivers effectively, thereby contributing to improved public safety. By providing a comprehensive review and practice session, this refresher course ensures that law enforcement personnel remain well-equipped to perform their duties with competence and confidence.
